Are you looking for a tail waggin' good time for the pup you love? Join us at our first Yappy Hour on Thursday, May 12 from 4:30-6:30 at the Blue lake Park.
With plenty of green space, dogs and their humans can come to join in on some conversation, maybe get some exercise in, greet new fur friends or just sit and relax.
Things to do at Yappy Hour
- Enjoy time with your fellow furry Woodbridge neighbors
- Learn about nutrition, obedience or agility from a selection of dog-themed vendors for you and your pup
- Bring a chair or blanket and have fun!
- Strike a pose with your fur baby for a donation to support DAWG - a nonprofit that rescues dogs from abuse, neglect, or high kill shelter
Yappy Hour Guidelines
We want this to be fun for everyone - so please only "dog and people-friendly" dogs should attend Yappy hour.
- Dogs must have a current rabies tag or dog license
- All dogs must remain on leashes with their owners
- If your dog is not neutered or spayed, please make sure they bring their good manners
- Owners must clean up after their pets
- We ask that all participants are diligent about watching their own dogs - make sure they are not acting aggressively or getting agitated
- This is a FREE event but pre-registration to get on the VIP (very important Pup) guest list is required. Please stop by WVA or call 949/786.1800 to register
- Check-in at the events VIP (Very Important Pup) table to receive your wristband
